Service Description

Cobby AI provides automated WhatsApp and SMS messaging for short-term rental hosts and hotels, including answering common guest questions about WiFi, check-in, parking, house rules, local recommendations, and emergencies.

Account & Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel any time and service will continue until the end of your billing period. Setup fees (Ghana plans) are one-time and non-refundable. Monthly fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

Acceptable Use

Use Cobby AI only for legitimate hospitality business. No spam, illegal content, harassment, or abuse. No reverse engineering or reselling. You must comply with all applicable laws.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate property information and update it when it changes. Inform guests about automated messaging where required by local law. Comply with WhatsApp and SMS regulations applicable to your jurisdiction.

Payment Terms

Monthly fees are billed in advance. Setup fees are billed at activation. Refunds are at our discretion; no refunds for partial months. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Service Availability

High availability is our goal but not guaranteed. We are not liable for third-party outages (such as WhatsApp or SMS carriers) or force majeure events.

Limitations of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All Cobby AI technology, branding, and content remain our property.

Governing Law

For customers in Ghana, these terms are governed by Ghana law. For international customers, the applicable jurisdiction will apply.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
